Mitchell's move to California

This summer our very favorite neighbors and dearest friends the Mitchell's moved away to California! We will miss them so much!
Jared was particularly close to the Mitchell's. He kept Jeff very busy with answering his question of "what ya do'en Mr. Mitchell?"

We got all their Friends and family together for a going away party where the party favors were Kleenex. Here is us bad girls at the party.

The party was a success and the next morning was a very tearful goodbye not not for long we will see you again!!..

This Fourth of July was a difficult time for all of us with out Warren. But I know he would of wanted us to celebrate our freedoms and not dwell on him. So I helped organize our Annual Neighborhood Parade like I do every year. This year we had the Maple Valley Fire Personnel join in in the parade! They entertained all the kids with their lights and sirens. Every year it gets bigger and bigger and I know that Warren was smiling down on the event!~

It truly was the best parade yet! Let Freedom Ring!!!!

This is what I've been up to....

Painting Marathon.....

If their was a contest for a painting marathon I would be in it! I have been painting constantly since October. Except for three weeks off for Christmas and Three weeks total in the first quarter of the year and the fourth of July week off to planned a neighborhood parade, I have been busy painting! Murals of all kinds and subjects and Painting accent wall mostly. This weekend I painted at Scott and Teresa's and wow it looks great! This is why I love to paint! It completely transforms an area. As for the rest of the family, Jared has been busy at camps and Friend sleep overs. Next week will be basketball camp for him. And Nathan doing amazing in Summer school which will come to a end August 9th. Emily has been busy as well she just got back today from creation. Emily is finished her Fast pitch softball tournaments that she has been totally dedicated to since October as well. She has been asked to pitch for other teams this summer as well and I am completely proud of here. And Jonathan is just enjoying fishing at Grandmas and swimming in our pool.

I'm hoping to get this blog back up and running its not been touched since April so I'm hoping to get some more up to date things on here to catch everyone up on the goings on.

I'm pretty tired today but I'm thinking if I can stay focused I will get this started with an updates.
