Fourth of JULY!!!!

Hope you all had a great Fourth of July!!! It was beautiful here in Maple Valley! From Sun up to sun down we had a awesome time! Below is a smile box of our Small Community Parade! Even thought the numbers were down this year with everyone out of town for the long weekend it was a huge success!! I just love my Neigborhood!

Fourth of July Day!

Well Fourth of July was busy and fun! First of all the weather was beautiful! And the neighborhood came out in all their colors. Even thought the numbers were lower than years past because of the fourth being on a weekend this year and many neighbors out of town for the holiday we still had a huge turn out and very successful turn out!

Second my friend Tari and her kids were in town for three weeks visiting and were here over the fourth of July weekend.

And third and last of all I got to start a new tradition of being with my neighbors here in Katesridge for the fireworks and enjoying their company! It's been a difficult transition of making new traditions after the passing of warren and even though Many of us who were close to Warren really attach this holiday to his memory we all are trying to find new ways to celebrate and keep all the warm memories of Warrens favorite Holiday with out him.

Last days of school!

My kids Last day of School was on Friday the 19th! They made up all the snow days are legally able to end school. That means I have a Freshman in High School Named Emily, Jonathan graduating out of Elementary school to the 6th grade in Middle school and Jared and Nathan moving on to 4th grade! Wow We are two years from being out of Elementary all together! Crazy!
I have some pictures. Not really Life's been crazy and I forgot my camera and phone that day so I handed my business card to a mom and I'm hoping that she sends me the pictures from Jared's class with Mrs Mocquet. She did a wonderful Last day celebration with all the kids and parents in her class.

I needed a head board!! Hmmmmm....

Jonathan's Piano Recital

Hear is my Mozart. Bad Mozart Mom forgot to charge her batteries before the recital and had to rely on big sis to record on her new VCR. Well We can't figure out how to get the pics off onto the computer. Not yet anyway. Anyway I asked him nicely if he would play them on the piano at home and here is what I got. He was very nervous knowing I was putting it on the blog! and you can tell but Lease there is some record that he does play! You'll have to come over when he is not so nervous in front of the camera and hear him play. He is really wonderful! he moved to level three and There are pictures of his class that I hope to some day get posted. :)
